At Dharma Boutique, we adventure across the world in search of unique, high quality new and vintage products. We are picky buyers, and we aim to please - so if any item fails to satisfy your expectations, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days of purchase for a credit or refund of the product cost (minus shipping charges). Sorry, we cannot accept returns on final-sale items.

How to Return Merchandise

Safely pack the goods you wish to return (preferably in the original packing materials), with the original receipt and an explanation of why you are not satisfied. Don't worry - give it to us straight and tell us what you didn't love, so we can work on improving our service and our offerings. Please make sure your package is fully insured and prepaid. Shipping & Tax

We-re not here to make a million bucks on shipping; we do, however, need to cover our costs. So we've designed our shipping rates based on FedEx or USPS shipping rates from our humble abode in western Massachusetts and what it takes us to properly handle and prepare your item(s) for swift and safe delivery to your door.

Most orders ship within 48 hours and usually arrive in the lower 48 states within 3-7 business days. Extra time may be needed for arrival in AK, HI and the US Territories, and deliveries to those locations will, sadly, incur an additional $10 charge per regular order. We are delighted to serve our customers outside the United States of America, but deliveries outside the USA are sometimes a customs or export hassle, and will also cost some additional time and charges. Call or email us for shipping estimates outside the USA.

Again, our goal is to serve you sublimely and get your order to you ASAP, at a reasonable cost. If you have special needs, let us know and we will gladly do what we can for you.
